Real systems, running in real businesses
We designed, built, and shipped every one of these ourselves, including the system running our own agency today.
WhatsApp bot that handles bookings and orders
A hosting and catering company was running its whole order book out of one crowded WhatsApp inbox.

The problem
Booking details buried in chat threads. Staff retyping orders for the kitchen by hand. Details slipping through at exactly the moments the business was busiest.
What we built
A WhatsApp bot that runs the intake conversation end to end. It captures the event date, headcount, menu, and delivery details, confirms everything back to the customer, and sends a clean structured ticket straight to the kitchen.
What changed
Every order now lands in one format. Nothing gets lost between chat and kitchen, and the owner sees every booking in one view instead of scrolling threads.
A booking-first website for a pickleball court
A pickleball club taking every booking by DM and phone call, with no way for players to see what was free.

The problem
Double bookings, no-shows, and a front desk acting as a call center. Peak-hour demand was there, the system to catch it was not.
What we built
A booking-first website. Players see live court availability, book and pay in a few taps, and get automatic confirmations and reminders. Memberships run on the same system, from casual open play to premium tiers.
What changed
Players book themselves. The club runs on one calendar, payments are collected upfront, and staff talk to players about the game instead of the schedule.
Structured quote intake that replaces the enquiry form
A freight forwarder whose quote requests arrived as long, unstructured emails, worded differently every time.

The problem
Ops spent the first stretch of every enquiry extracting origin, destination, weight, and terms before any real pricing work could start. Slow quotes lose freight jobs.
What we built
A structured intake flow. Shippers enter origin, destination, weight, and Incoterm, choose air or sea, and get an instant estimate range. Ops receives a clean RFQ, ready to price, instead of an email to decipher.
What changed
Enquiries arrive complete. No back-and-forth over basics, quotes go out faster, and the pipeline is finally visible in one place.
The multi-agent system that runs our own agency
Two people run Kōra Labs. Sales follow-ups, content, QA, and accounts all compete for the same hours.

The problem
The same one our clients have. Manual work grows faster than headcount, and hiring for it was never the plan.
What we built
A supervisor agent that routes work to specialist agents for sales, content, QA, and accounts. Each task is executed, checked, and escalated to a human only when judgment is actually needed.
What changed
The agency runs on the systems we sell. This is the proof we point to in every discovery call: we stake our own company on the builds we ship to clients.
